Waiver of Liability; Assumption of Risk and Risk of Accident
The buyer/user represents that the buyer/user is/are covered under their insurance policies, covering any personal injuries to them personally or which they may cause to others or which may be caused by them to others through the use of this product or service. The buyer/user agrees to deal directly with their insurance carrier and agrees not to hold A Fitness Addiction, LLC liable on any claim. The buyer/user acknowledges that this product was purchased for educational purposes only and using this or any portion of this or any program or service from A Fitness Addiction. LLC does so at their risk. It is further agreed that all exercises, including the use of weights, the number of repetitions, or apparatus shall be at the buyer and users own risk. Notwithstanding any consultation on exercise programs that may be provided by employees or representatives of A Fitness Addiction, LLC, it is understood that the selection of exercise programs, methods and types of equipment shall be the buyer/users entire responsibility. A Fitness Addiction, LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising due to injury to buyer/user, their person or property arising out of or in connection with the use of any program or service provided by A Fitness Addiction, LLC., whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The buyer/user(s) represent that represent that they have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of A Fitness Addiction, LLC. The buyer/user fully assumes the risk that they may suffer property damage, illness, severe personal injury, or even death by the use of these programs or services.
