At “A Fitness Addiction,” our workout routines are proven methods – athletes have used them for many years in training, to improve strength and endurance. We simply want to automate the process for individuals, putting it online so it is easy to track your progress. Our fitness program is available in four different categories, workouts ideal for men, women, teenagers and seniors. The program helps determine the ideal weight and the number of repetitions that will do the most good.
Our workout routines, combined with cardiovascular exercises, will help you build endurance and drop body fat. You can tailor your fitness program to meet your specific needs by setting a goal, no matter if it is to stay fit, weight loss, or achieve maximum strength. Select your gender, your age group, then set your goal and our program will help you reach it.
Our motto is “Get Fit, Get Strong – Feel Good.” We help you do just that through the three- to six-week intervals of the four phases of our workout routines: adaptive, weight loss, maximum power, and maximum strength. Designed to condition your body, the adaptive stage builds muscles and your tendons to resist injury – to adapt to working out. The second phase is weight loss and the third phase is maximum power, designed to increase muscle mass. The fourth phase is maximum size, designed to help you bulk up quickly.
